1. General Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

1.1. This Privacy Policy and Payment Terms define the procedure by which SIA \u201cMu\u010das\u201d<\/strong>, Reg. No. LV40103263487<\/strong>, legal address: J\u0101\u0146a \u010cakstes 1\u201341, Sigulda, LV-2150<\/strong> (hereinafter \u2013 Data Controller<\/strong>) acquires, processes, and stores personal data, as well as the procedure for booking, payment, and cancellation. <\/p>\n\n

1.2. The camping area is private and intended only for guests with a valid reservation. By making a reservation and staying in the camping area, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. <\/p>\n\n

1.3. The Data Controller provides accommodation and stay services<\/strong>, not physical goods. Therefore, product returns are not applicable<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

\n\n

2. Booking, Confirmation, and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

2.1. Bookings are made online by filling out the reservation form.<\/p>\n\n

2.2. Payment is made only after the reservation is confirmed<\/strong> by the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to: <\/p>\n\n

  • contact the client to clarify reservation details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • refuse a reservation if the service cannot be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    2.3. After reservation confirmation, the client is provided with the option to make payment using online payment solutions.<\/p>\n\n

    2.4. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv<\/strong>, managed by Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>. Personal data required for payments is transferred to the aforementioned payment service provider. <\/p>\n\n

    2.5. Payments are made to:A\/S SEB bankaSWIFT: UNLALV2X<\/strong>IBAN: [to be provided later]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    3. Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    3.1. Reservations can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the reserved date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    3.2. If a reservation is cancelled within the specified period, 75% of the payment made<\/strong> will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n

    3.3. If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show<\/strong>, no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n

    3.4. As a service with a specific performance date<\/strong> is provided, consumer withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law are not applicable.<\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    4. Weather Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    4.1. Adverse weather conditions are not a basis for a refund.<\/p>\n\n

    4.2. If weather conditions significantly affect the possibility of staying, the campsite may, at its discretion:<\/p>\n\n

    • offer to change the reservation date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • or consider the situation individually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
      \n\n

      5. Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

      5.1. The Data Controller may process the following personal data:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • name, surname;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • contact information (email address, phone number);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • reservation data (dates, selected service, price);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • payment information (in partial scope, according to the payment service provider’s terms);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • other information provided by the client during communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        5.2. The legal basis for personal data processing is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f)<\/strong> \u2013 performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests.<\/p>\n\n

        5.3. Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the performance of the reservation, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n

        \n\n

        6. Data Transfer to Third Parties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

        6.1. Personal data may be transferred to:<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • accounting service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • state and law enforcement authorities in cases specified by regulatory acts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
          \n\n

          7. Data Subject Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

          The client has the right to:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • access their personal data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • request data correction or deletion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • restrict data processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Requests can be submitted by contacting the Data Controller electronically.<\/p>\n\n

            8. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

            8.1. The Data Controller has the right to make changes to these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website. <\/p>\n\n

            8.2. The terms have been developed in accordance with the EU GDPR<\/strong>, the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, and the requirements of the payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n
