2. Booking and Confirmation

Reservations are made online, but payment is only processed after the reservation has been confirmed by the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to contact guests to clarify reservation details or decline a reservation if it is not possible.

Reservations can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the reserved date.

  • When cancelling within the specified timeframe, 75% of the payment made will be refunded.
  • For late cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be provided.

4. Weather Conditions

Unfavorable weather conditions are not grounds for a refund.

If weather conditions significantly affect the possibility of staying, the campsite may at its discretion:

  • offer a date change,
  • or consider the situation individually.

5. Liability

Guests are fully responsible for:

  • their safety and health,
  • personal belongings and equipment,

The campsite is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We especially ask canoeists to watch their equipment, as boats and gear may look similar.

Quiet hours on the camping grounds must be observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please respect other guests by not making noise, not playing loud music, and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere throughout the camping area.

7. Campfires and Grills

Campfires and grills may only be used in designated areas.

  • Firewood is provided by the campsite and can be purchased on-site.
  • Campfires must not be left unattended.
  • Before leaving, the campfire must be completely extinguished.

8. Pets

Pets are welcome on the camping grounds if they do not disturb other guests and are properly supervised. Please clean up after your pet.

9. Cleanliness and Waste

Waste containers are placed throughout the camping area. We encourage guests to:

  • maintain cleanliness,
  • not leave trash in nature,
  • when possible, sort waste.

10. Vehicles and Movement

Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area at the entrance of the camping grounds.

It is possible to purchase the option to drive closer to your camping spot. Driving through the camping area is only permitted in accordance with campsite instructions.

11. Rule Violations

If guests do not follow the camping rules, disturb other guests’ peace, or endanger safety, the campsite has the right to:

  • issue a warning,
  • or ask guests to leave the camping grounds without a refund.

These rules are established to ensure peaceful, safe, and enjoyable recreation for all camping guests. Thank you for your understanding and respectful attitude toward nature and other visitors.
